Shipping Policy

I. Scope of Application
These shipping terms apply only to orders for our business bags from our official website, firmusazd.com, or authorized sales channels placed within the European Union. These terms cover the entire shipping process from our designated warehouse to the designated delivery address within the EU. Shipping arrangements for orders placed outside the EU will be separately arranged based on local logistics regulations and our company's specific policies.​
II. Shipping Agreement
(I) Shipping Time
After the consumer completes payment and the payment is successfully received, the Company will complete the order review, product release, and shipment within 5-7 business days. In the following special circumstances, the shipping time may be extended accordingly. The Company will notify the consumer in advance via email (sent to a personal email address other than [email protected] provided by the consumer when placing the order) or through the order system message:

Statutory holidays (including statutory holidays in EU member states and statutory holidays in China);

Temporary shortage of product inventory requiring transfer from other warehouses or emergency production;

Questions regarding the consumer's order information requiring further verification (such as an incomplete delivery address or incorrect contact information);

Force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes at logistics hubs, etc.) affecting warehouse and shipping efficiency.

(II) Shipping Notification

After the Company completes the shipping process, it will immediately send the consumer a shipping notification via email, including the tracking number, carrier name, logistics tracking link, and estimated shipping time. Consumers can track the delivery status of their products in real time using the tracking link in the notification. They can also access the "My Orders" section of the company's official website at firmusazd.com to view the delivery information for their orders.

III. Shipping Time and Methods

(I) Shipping Time

After shipment from our company, the estimated shipping time for products to reach the consumer's designated delivery address within the EU is 20-40 calendar days. The specific time will vary depending on the consumer's location in the EU member state, the distribution of logistics hubs, and the carrier's efficiency:

Core EU member states (such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain): Shipping time is generally 20-30 calendar days;

Peripheral EU member states or remote areas (such as northern Finland, some Greek islands, and rural Ireland): Shipping time may extend to 30-40 calendar days. Shipping times are estimates only and do not include the following potential delays:

Customs clearance delays (e.g., requiring additional declaration documentation, customs inspection, etc.);

Destination delivery peak periods (e.g., holiday shopping seasons, post-major sales events);

Unavailable delivery address, resulting in a second delivery;

Force majeure (e.g., inclement weather, traffic restrictions, temporary route adjustments, etc.). If shipping delays are caused by any of the above, the Company will assist consumers in communicating with the carrier and following up on logistics progress, but will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the delay (unless otherwise agreed).

(II) Shipping Method

The Company will select carriers with EU cross-border transport qualifications (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partner logistics companies) based on the EU's logistics network and order availability. Standard land or air transport is the primary method of transportation. The specific shipping method will be specified in the shipping notification, and consumers do not need to specify a specific shipping method. (Customized shipping requests must be discussed with customer service in advance and may incur additional charges.)​
IV. Shipping Fees
(I) Calculation
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the number, weight, and volume of the business packages purchased, as well as the logistics costs in the EU member state where the delivery address is located. The specific fee amount will be displayed on the checkout page when the consumer places an order. Payment of shipping fees will be completed once the consumer confirms payment.

(II) Cost Assurance

Normal order shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

Secondary shipping fees incurred due to our company's fault (such as incorrect shipment or return or exchange due to product quality issues) will be borne by our company.
Secondary shipping fees or return shipping fees incurred due to consumer's fault (such as incorrect delivery address, refusal of non-defective products, or unexplained returns) will be the responsibility of the consumer. The specific fee amount will be subject to the actual charges by the carrier.

V. Delivery and Receipt
(I) Delivery Confirmation
The carrier will deliver the products to the delivery address and contact information specified in the consumer's order. Delivery is confirmed upon the signature of the consumer or their authorized agent on the logistics receipt. If the consumer's selected delivery address is an unmanned delivery location such as a courier locker or a self-collection point, delivery is deemed complete once the product is placed in the designated location.

(II) Signature Requirements

When signing for the product, the consumer or the recipient should inspect the product packaging to ensure it is intact, free of damage or signs of squeezing, and confirm that the quantity matches the order. If the packaging is damaged or the quantity is inconsistent, the consumer should refuse to accept the product and immediately contact our customer service via email at [email protected] or the "Contact Us" section on our website. The consumer should also retain relevant photographic evidence (such as damaged packaging and shipping documents).

If the consumer or the recipient does not raise any objection upon signing for the product, and damage or missing items are discovered after signing for the product, our company cannot directly determine that the damage occurred during transportation. The consumer will need to negotiate a claim with the carrier, and our company will provide necessary assistance.

(III) Handling of Late Delivery

If the product delivery time exceeds the estimated 40 calendar days and is not due to force majeure, the consumer may contact our customer service to inquire about the cause of the delay. If the fault is confirmed to be the carrier's or our company's, consumers may choose from the following options:

Continue to wait for product delivery, and our company will compensate consumers with a coupon of a certain value (the specific amount is subject to negotiation with customer service), which can be used on the next purchase;

Request a cancellation and refund. Our company will refund the full purchase price and shipping fees to the consumer's original payment account within 14 business days of confirming the cancellation. The refund will be processed by the payment institution.

VI. Transportation Responsibility and Claims

(I) Our Responsibilities

Our company ensures that the packaging of shipped products meets EU cross-border shipping standards and is capable of withstanding minor impacts and impacts during normal transportation to prevent damage.

Our company is responsible for assisting consumers in tracking logistics information and coordinating with carriers to resolve any shipping issues (such as delays, address corrections, etc.).

For shipping issues caused by our shipping errors (such as incorrect product model, color, or quantity), our company assumes full responsibility, including free reshipment and refunds of product and shipping fees. (II) Carrier Liability
Carriers are responsible for safely delivering goods to the designated address within the agreed-upon delivery timeframe. Carriers are liable for compensation for damage or loss of goods caused by their own operational errors during transportation (such as rough sorting, lost goods, or incorrect delivery addresses).
If goods are damaged or lost during transportation, consumers should contact our customer service within three business days of discovering the problem. Our company will assist consumers in submitting a claim to the carrier. The claim amount will be determined based on the carrier's compensation standards and the actual value of the goods (if consumers have purchased logistics insurance, the compensation amount will be subject to the insurance terms). (III) Exemptions

The Company and its carriers are not responsible for any transportation problems caused by force majeure or the consumer's own fault, including:

Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons), public health incidents, war, strikes, logistics hub closures, and other force majeure factors;

The delivery address provided by the consumer is incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable;

The contact information provided by the consumer is invalid, resulting in the carrier being unable to contact the delivery person;

The consumer or the recipient refuses to accept the goods without justifiable reasons;

The goods are damaged due to the consumer's improper storage after signing for them.​

Our company may revise these Terms of Transport based on updates to EU cross-border transport laws and regulations, changes in logistics market costs, and adjustments to our operations. The revised terms will be posted on our website in real time, and all new orders placed after this posting will be subject to the revised terms.

Any matters not covered by these Terms of Transport will be governed by the EU Consumer Protection Directive, the Cross-Border Transport Services Code, and other relevant laws and regulations. In the event of any conflict with local laws and regulations, local laws and regulations shall prevail.
